I discovered some problems in fixing the patch file today.
For example,in several pages,
1).When Scaling mode is Reduce/enlarge printout,Scaling factor is 50% or 120%,
the header and footer can work well,the column can be rightly setted.
2).When Scaling mode is Fit print range(s)
