I think it will be a good idea to have a single centralized location where
users submit their issues and bug reports. However, is there a way we make
this clear and easy to current and future users ?

As for the other libraries mentioned by Jim. In case they plan on pushing
their code as part of the Apache Sedona source code, I believe it will not
