Seems the root cause is can't get sentry server up correctly. Might come
from the patch's changes. Do you still need help about it? Let me debug
through locally on my machine. If I have any findings will let you know.

I was looking at test failures from my patch and the failures seem to be
quite unrelated. A lot of e2e tests failed because there were too many
failures like
