of directors passed a resolution to establish a ServiceComb TLP.
My major congratulations to the entire community! It was a great
journey with only a few small steps left.

These looks very reasonable to me. Of course, the ones accompanying
binary releases
will have to be parsed in context of what the binary release actually
looks like.
