Hi PMCs of the ServiceComb project, This is a Proposal for holding a Co-Located Event in LC3 2018 to help building ServiceComb's community. My suggestion is to hold a mini meetup of "Apache ServiceComb(incubating) meetup hosted/presented by Huawei PaaS", contents is to share User-practices/
