Check fails on new code of conduct/contributing files [Re: Build failed in Jenkins: sling-org-apache-sling-resourcemerger-1.8 #57]

 I guess everyone saw the flood of failing jenkins jobs, this is due to the addition of the CODE_OF_CONDUCT and CONTRIBUTING files which make every build now fail due to the rat plugin. So these files need to be excluded from the rat check. Carsten Apache Jenkins Server wrote > See >

Hi guys. So first of all I acknowledge that conceptually there is some overlap - the concepts of health, readiness, liveness themselves overlap. When we wrote systemready, we did know of the Sling HCs (at least I did) and how they're used. And that was one of the reasons why we decided not to use
