i noticed that {{DeleteServiceUser}} and {{DisableServiceUser}} extend from the
{{ServiceUserOperation}}, which in turn extends from
{{OperationWithPathOptions}}.
however, neither delete nor disable actually allow for a 'with path' or 'with
forced path' option.
note in contrast that {{DeleteGroup}} and {{DeleteUser}} are not defined as
{{OperationWithPathOptions}}.
