When working with {{ResourceProviders}} registered in the mocked OSGi
framework, the {{RRMockResourceResolverWrapper}} implementation queries its
bound providers only for some of the methods that perform resource retrieval
operations. For the other cases it delegates to the wrapped resource resolver.
However, the delegate can be agnostic when it comes to the registered
{{ResourceProviders}}.
