I just saw a 30-40% increase in processing time for sa-learn and
general scanning when I installed r157460.
For my bayes benchmark it's also learning about 70k more tokens for
4000 msgs than we were learning before, and have been for the past
several months.
Anyone have any ideas?

Looking at the 3.0/3.1 code, whitelist addresses (whole) are case insensitive,
unless I'm missing something.
Is this reproducable in 3.0/3.1 or just 2.x?
