Hi Kevin and the SpamAssassin Dev community,

First of all I would like to thank the SpamAssassin dev-community for
helping me out with the issues.
Here is the temporary draft of my proposal

Deliverables
Criteria of Success

Please help me out with these headers.
Please suggest any more headers that needed to be added
Please rigorously review it and suggest any changes that I should make.
