Thanks Derek for noticing the "storm-core/null" directory. I checked our
previous 2.1.0, 2.2.0 releases. They all have this directory. So I will
ignore this for now.

Things I noticed:
- In the source tarball, there is a `/storm-core/null` directory that
seems to have been created as part of testing.
- Tests require Python2.7, which is EOL
