Hi,
If you are using Stratos 4.1.5 and samples related to 4.1.5 [1] , version
of the php cartridge would be 4.1.5 and not 4.1.1.
Please note that Stratos 4.1.5 is only tested in Kubernetes v1.0.6 and
below. There could be API changes in the latest Kubernetes releases.
