We are sending member-lifecycle events as thrift events from PPaaS to DAS and
using this to populate the Member Count Line Chart graph in metering dashboard.
But due to some reasons, if we loose any of this event in middle, then the
member count calculation becomes wrong.
To fix that, we have to get rid of thrift event publishers and can directly
persist this events in PPaaS DB using JDBC publishers.
