Oops, also forgot to mention: this patch causes 4 cactus tests to fail, all due to the tag rendering an empty 'name' attribute in the existing source (i.e. without the patch applied). I believe that ought to be considered an existing bug, since no other tags do that. Otherwise, all tests pass
