Not sure about the requirements you're talking about, but it should make almost
everything easier when programming to the config APIs, so I'd hazard a guess of
"yes".

If there is an itch for anyone, they can easily go to sf.net, pick a
license they like, and implement an enlightened design.
I believe that even if they want to check out any source of Struts
module, and refactor it under ASF license, that is legal too.

I think its best if we could use the short-cut, such that as Ted mentioned when
SAF graduated from incubator we could change the snippet instead of every
