I have a barely tested version of the dojo plug-in which uses Dojo 1.1
instead of 0.4.3.
The two main changes that were necessary were;

No, it is not correct. I think that we completely forgot about Struts
Annotations :-O

xwork 2.1.1 is out and should be in the repos shortly.
So we should be ready for a Struts 2.1.1 release build now.
