testSimple() and testSimpleDisabled()

Anyone that had contacted Garrett about MSDN subscriptions, I talked
with MSDN support the other day and it looks like the subscriptions
were created on 10/31, just not activated and associated with each
persons account. I sent Garrett an email this morning to inquire and
I'll let you all
