XWork 2.1.6 released

Hi, finally done, XWork 2.1.6 is on its way to the mirrors and should be available soon... A couple of issues were resolved, that hopefully stabilize the upcoming Struts2.1.X release. I'm all for starting the incubation process as soon as possible to get XWork into Apache. If there is anything I
