There is no need to admin rights to change an svn log message, commit one
are enough :) (some IDEs, like eclipse allow the user to change it
directly, but I know is not your case, IDEA guy :))

Just one thing, if a commit is related to an JIRA issue, please add
the JIRA Issue key to the message. This will allow Jenkins to add
comment about finished build to the issue.
