There are some real problems, in my opinion, with going to Tiger.
Tiger, I discovered, in an attempt to get it at least into
development, really is very different in a lot of respects. I think
it will be slow to get use, even if it is great.

If someone had an itch, I'd wager that a Struts Tiger codebase, that
leveraged the new language attributes, would be a good way to get
started on Struts 2.x.
