If you look at the Struts 1.3.11 build, you'll see it's build is stuck. It
is constantly reported as in progress but goes nowhere. I guess it's been
that way since August.

Well Continuum is definitely broken. I registered and it has be in a change
password loop. I sign in, tells me I have to change passwords, and I do
