No. You need to upgrade from 1.1 to 1.4 .. 1.7 and *then* 1.8.
The problem occurs in repos that support sharding but are
not shared.

Actually, change "1.0" to "1.1" or "1.2"; FSFS didn't exist in 1.0, so this
