No particular reason -- I've just been extremely busy, and that was when I found time for it. The doc is always available to check out and the notes are written in real-time during the meeting, so technically anyone can read the notes at any time without waiting for the email to the dev@ list. We still plan to send a reminder/link to the doc every time we have a meeting for better discoverability, though.
