Switch to the axis2 1.5 branch

Devs, I think now it is the time to switch to the axis2 1.5 branch, figure out any issues that we are facing with that branch and try to resolve them on axis2 if there are any for getting ready to the synapse 1.3 release. So if there are no objections, I will switch the synapse axis2 version to

Hi Ruwan One option is to branch off the synapse trunk, which adds a pain of committing to both branch and trunk. Or we could get the axis2 artifacts uploaded into maven repositories but the version of axis2 branch is 1.5-beta-2 we cannot publish these artifacts unless we are done with the

Hi Azeez Once you switch to Axis2 1.5, please apply the attached patch. I'm switching the trunk to the latest version of the dependencies.. but the latest Axis2 1.5-beta-2 does not contain a class ClusteringAgent, that you used in the above patch /home/asankha/code/synapse/modules/samples
