It's been almost 2 years since we did a Synapse release. So I think
it's time. Axis2 1.5.2 will be released very soon (vote is already
under way). So how about releasing Synapse 2.0 based on that? We can
branch off early next week and backport it to work with Axis2 1.5.2
and be done
