Description:
The distinction between ONE_PHASE and TWO_PHASES operations (see [this wiki
page|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SYNCOPE/Propagation#Propagation-Introduction]
for details) used to make sense in the past but it hasn't proved effective in
the last years.
TWO_PHASES and related stuff can be safely removed.
