Yep. Basically Oliver will do the release, beforehand also checking that
all licenses are correctly mentioned in LICENCE. We talked about some
sandbox modules such as tamaya-metamodel and that we will have to add much
more tests in the future as well.
Afterwards release we will switch to Java 8.
