In my projects I've taken this to the extreme of not allowing Index
pages to have a context and enforcing this rule with some code.
My workaround is to trick the PageRenderDispatcher to skip Index pages
and then adding a new Dispatcher (to the end of the pipeline) that

I was using a couple of block contributions that used components that
used AJAX, and they all stopped working after introducing the
cloak/decloak feature.
The main one was a really handy component for automatically rendering
a composition relationship between two entities

This is a problem with maven latest versions, I think you are not
using maven 2.0.4,
You should use maven 2.0.4 (nor 2.0.5, nor 2.0.6) to build tapestry5.
