Generate valid Go code for functions that throw exceptions
At the moment Thrift generates Go code that doesn't compile, when thrift
exceptions come into play. This pull request fixes the issue.

@Roger: in test.sh, are those 100 seconds timeout for the java tests really
necessary? I think the whole build would run under 15-20 min with more
reasonable waiting times
