Thanks, those artifacts are up in the "dev" as rc0 that's being voted on:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/thrift/0.12.0-rc0/
On Jan 4 assuming all goes well that will get updated, and then I will update
the variable file in the ASF CMS, and the web site will then switch to 0.12.0
as the current release.
