Please use the tomcat-users mailing list. Other issues with this bug 1) Component listed is wrong 2) no debugging provided to prove tomcat has a bug 3) Version is incorrect Odds are - the developers group in HP which maintains openview needs to look at this to determine how a fast clock can interfere with openview's monitoring.
