When stopping Tomcat using services.msc, an error message is displayed:
"Windows could not stop the Apache Tomcat 7 service on Local Computer. Error
109: The pipe has been ended."
Despite this error, Tomcat appears to stop normally.
No such problem was encountered in 6.0.29.
