It took me quite some time until I found that new location :( Dunno how to check the 404 in download task, and then use the alternate location (which might change in the near future again so no assurance for repetitive builds in year or two from now). IMHO we should use the local repository for those files. Eg. put them inside tomcat.apache.org/dev/repository and download from there during the build. Comments?
