Build issues on CI

Hi, Just FYI, I noticed most of our build failed today due to infra maintenance maybe. Haven't been able to find out any infra message related, but long story short, we were hardcoding the Maven version to 3.8.4 and it was not available anymore. I used the generic maven3_lates, hopefully it won't
