Release for Jakarta EE API 9.1

Hi all, Now that we have a 9.0.0 RC, I'm tempted to start doing final releases for dependencies such as the jakarta api which is 9.1-M2 currently. BTW, not sure if it was an error or not, but instead of setting up the next version to 9.0.0-M10-SNAPSHOT I used 9.0.0-SNAPSHOT. Thoughts? -- Jean-
