Hi,
I was browsing through the TODOs and saw a few simple things I could easily
pick up to get familiar with the code and the process. I guess I should
create a JIRA for each todo and attach a patch file for my changes? That
the process outlined on the page for new contributors so unless that
Anyway, I'll get crackin'. Is the current process with taking / adding a
JIRA and sending in a patch file still operational?
Yes. If you don't have permissions to assign something to yourself, let us
know, along with your JIRA ID and one of us can assign it to you.
Thanks!
Jon

Hey guys,
I'm interested in contributing to the TomEE project, and trying to follow
the instruction on the website.
I cloned the trunk repo, and trying to build with:
git clone -b develop https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/tomee.git tomee
However, I'm getting the following error:
[ERROR]
I think the instructions on the website may be a bit out of date, try to
build the master branch. It looks like develop hasn't been updated
since the 7th of March, while master is where the major development is
currently taking place.
