cdi 1.1 tcks, start of work

Hi guys, imported tck 1.1 in cdi-embedded. Just set the standalone suite (not yet the ee) to pass same tests as OWB but we already have few issues (expected). That said one issue is not expected: with idea I have 8 failures on all tests, with maven much more: "Tests run: 1281, Failures: 98, Error
