Currently the build.xml script which is inside hsqldb-1.9.0rc6 doesn't
work with 1.6.0. To avoid patches for hsqldb I thought that upgrade the
Ant version was a better approach. But as this isn't possible I'll patch
the build.xml that it also works with 1.6.0.
So nothing to change ;-)
