moved the original copyright by IBM from the files to the NOTICE. (see for
example, the Notice file used for UIMA).

In the binary distribution, the jar: lib/uima-ducc-cli.jar is missing the
LICENSE / NOTICE in its METADATA. Since these are inserted by the "standard"
build process, I'm guess this file has some custom build process that's
forgetting to put this info in.

Would be good to run a spell checker on the source files of duccbooks - I've run
across several misspellings. here's one:
