Cancelling the vote due to a missing license for XPP3. Thanks Marshall for
catching this.
It appeared to me that this is Apache Licensed software but after review
I've found that the various parts of this thing are licensed differently.
Some parts Apache Open Source 1.1, others

Hmm, I copied that link directly from jira after I've made a query. I still
have a session showing the url working. My best guess is that
the filter becomes invalid after some time. As this url no longer works. In

I personally plan to go, not sure I'll be able to submit something about
UIMA.

or about new usages / use cases and for putting names to faces (e.g. I met
