3.) spot check README, RELEASE_NOTES, LICENSE, NOTICE .... OK
- Typo in README -XX:MaxPerSize=256m ->
-XX:MaxPermSize=256m.
- README points to the UIMA Page on "how to Build Apache
UIMA from sources". One of the first steps in the tutorial is to perform a
SVN Checkout which should be updated/extended with a Git Checkout.
4.) installed Plugins in Eclipse(2021-06)
