Yeah, if we were to make RuntimeInstance or VelocityEngine do this, it
would be in 2.0. Though, perhaps an IoC assembler could be built
around the existing APIs, hiding them. Spring may already be doing
this to integrate Velocity, though i haven't looked at that lately.

Hi,
I do recall Henning talking about if they did Velocity 2, much of the
configuration could be replaced with an IoC container, Spring etc.
However, I am not sure whether people have enough time to do a
Velocity 2.x
