www/board/agenda/daemon/channel.rb:126 can fail with 'undefined class/module 
Sinatra::'

I think this is because the /srv/agenda/xxx.yml file can contain a line of the 
form:

/srv/agenda/rubys.yml:seen: !ruby/hash:Sinatra::IndifferentHash

I suspect this value should not be present.

There are other instances of !ruby/hash:Sinatra::IndifferentHash in other YAML 
files.
