By creating a simple quickstart, I had these errors when I start (or
restart) the server and reach the homepage. One time the first error, next
time the second error, etc.
I am not sure how I can reproduce this outside my dev env (eclipse +
tomcat), it does not repro while running mvn jetty:ru
