WSS4J can't handle thumbprint/ski references to a token in the security header
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: WSS-357
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSS-357
             Project: WSS4J
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.6.5
            Reporter: Colm O hEigeartaigh
            Assignee: Colm O hEigeartaigh
             Fix For: 1.6.6

When using a Thumbprint or SKI Bytes Key Identifier reference in the KeyInfo of
a Signature, WSS4J only supports retrieving the cert from the keystore. It does
not support retrieving the cert from a previously processed BinarySecurityToken
in the security header.
