you have to build with a clean repo. I triggered a carbon kernel build with
a clean repo in my local machine, it went fine.
the root cause : you still have versioned orbit bundles that refers to
orbit-parent.SNAPSHOT pom. Recently waruna cleaned up that SNAPSHOT pom.

Im getting following error when building platform with a clean repo. It
looks wss4j version is incorrect.

This should be upgraded and just committed the change.
Although it should be upgraded, it should be able to build Rampart with
previous WSS4J version because it was released with 3.2.x. Was this an
online build ?
