Hi,
Test framework was commented out from root pom and AS was referring to
older version of it.
I have fixed everything now. However cannot run AS tests in trunk yet as
App server startup fails.

Yes. We can extend current functionality to give default value if registry
value is not exist like ${conf:/aaa/example, "admin"} in a future release.

exception is thrown. I think it is better if a default value can be used
when the resource is not available.

I had to build endpoint.server.feature 4.1.1 in order to get the build done
(which is wrong).
ESB folks, how do you build 4.1.2 in a clean repo? AFAIK, there cant be a
released enpoint.server.feature 4.1.1 because no ESB was released with
4.1.1. You need to move this to 4.1.2
