[Dev] Error while installing dev studio

Hi, I got the following error message when I install dev studio downloaded pack for eclipse. Do I have to install these features too? Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Software being installed: Smooks Tools 1.1.0.v20110215-1231-H25-GA

[Dev] What is the reason for recommending to use two different databases for registry and user manager?
