I am trying to build the inbound endpoint ui in carbon-mediation. After doing the required modification in the source I used "mvn clean install" in this directory "components/mediation-ui/org.wso2.carbon.inbound.ui" to build the jar and copied it to the /wso2esb-4.9.0-SNAPSHOT/repository/component
