[Dev] Remaining Issues with WSO2 UES

Thank you Ruchira and Sameera for resolving many issues, following are the remaining issues with WSO2 UES in SriLanka Innovation Dashboard Project. 1) Gadgets do not display in initial dashboard load. 2) Can't delete sso apps from registry,even delete the folders the entries still exists. 3) CSS3
